Mr. Kilufi is the of Advocate of the High Court of Tanzania and a member of Tanganyika Law Society. He brings in eight years in litigation management, tax, real estate transaction, dispute resolution including negotiation, arbitration and mediation, mergers and acquisi- tions, mining, oil and gas.

Post Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice (PGDL), Bachelor of Laws (LLB). Enosy serves as board member and company secretary in various high profile corporations and entities.
